Contact form: Your name, email address, optional company details and message are stored in this website's protected inbox to handle your enquiry. Depending on the request, Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR applies. There is no automatic newsletter enrolment or transfer to an external automation system. Local enquiries are deleted after 90 days during daily cleanup. Separate statutory retention requirements may apply to necessary contractual records. Please do not enter patient records or other sensitive information.

The dashboard shows the current and preceding 30 UTC calendar days; older counters are removed on the next counter event. Server access logs and the existing contact-form protections are separate. Protected backups are used for recovery and managed separately from the active inbox.
